This week David Cameron had a secret
meeting with King Hamad of Bahrain. On the same day the King issued new
decrees to ban protests.
And Cameron issued a statement about the UK's support for
ongoing political reform in Bahrain.
Another detail of the meeting, reported in
Bahrain's press was that King Hamad had
pointed out Bahrain’s keenness to purchase the British Typhoon warplanes.
